3) Affiliate Landing Page.  Though we are not using Affiliates at this time, this Landing Page would be customized to suit their requirements.  And, because Affiliates would have an established business relationship their Email addresses would generally be included in a relevant Round Trip Email.

 

4) Salesman Landing Page.  A customized Landing Page for Sales Reps, Manufacturing Reps, etc.  Would vary greatly from informational and sales promotional materials to serious replenishment orders, direct Customer Orders, statuses and reporting.

This User set would be presumed to have a business relationship and their Email addresses would generally be included in a revelant Round Trip Email.

 

5) Customer Service Rep Landing Page.  Generally, this Landing Page is for internal personnel who could be entering orders from phone, fax, will call, etc. both wholesale and retail.  They would normally use the Quick Order form for entry, often they have administrative authority, and transaction response emails: confirmation, status, shipping.  And, they handle shipping updates, and sometimes a second individual would handle the billing processes.  Generally, these users are not included in Round Trip Emails.
