Randr Inc has now made it easier for you to Demo and Install the Randr Inc Rental Portal (For Hire) eBusiness Suite. Our Run-Time DVD is a customized Ubuntu Distribution DVD with the operating system, middle-ware (Apache, Tomcat, PostgreSQL, and JAVA), and the EBS Rental Portal, configured and ready to use. Rand Inc will mail a free Software DVD or you can download the ISO file and burn your own DVD by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.

EBS Rental Portal download is now Release 10.05. To see the release note for the EBS applications click on the menu items on the left.
Please note that in this release we have combined the eBusiness Suites into one project. This contains the Rental Portal (for Hire), the Order Entry Portal, the Financial Portal and the Information Portal. The Failure Data Portal will be merged in another Release.
The DVD contains a complete version of the EBS Rental Portal (for Hire). It is not a "dumbed down" copy. So you have the
complete
functions available to you. You do not have to install anything to try
it out. Just pop in the DVD. If you do want to install what you see,
just click on the install icon. This is the same as downloading the EBS Rental Portal WAR file and installing it,
except a LOT easier.

Demo Purposes: Insert the DVD into the DVD-ROM of your computer. Reboot your computer, so it boots from the DVD. Press "Enter" when prompted to continue into the Run-time environment.
Installation Purposes: Insert the DVD into the DVD-ROM of your computer. Reboot your computer,
so it boots from the DVD. Press "Enter" when prompted to continue into
the Run-time environment, then double-click the install icon on the Desktop.
