Order Portal Order Checkout Confirmation

When the customer has completed their purchase on the Order Portal, they get a confirmation screen that gives them an order number and summary of what they purchased. In addition, they receive an email confirmation of their order. If they purchased gift certificates, they will get an individual email for each gift certificate. The certificates are assigned random numbers.
